SA firm raises stake in IS Kenya to 80%

Member of parliament Chan Meng Kam has criticised the standard of services provided by full-service telecoms provider Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau (CTM), which is co-owned by UK-based Cable & Wireless Communications and Portuguese incumbent Portugal Telecom (PT).
