Moroccan regulator reports 18% mobile growth in a year
Croatia’s former
monopoly telco T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT) has reported a 3.6% year-on-year decline in consolidated
fixed line, mobile,
internet and pay-TV revenues to HRK6.09 billion (USD1.15 billion) for the first nine months of 2011, while its EBITDA fell 2.1% over the same
period to HRK2.80 billion. The operator, a subsidiary of Germany’s Deutsche Telekom, increased the size of its
residential fixed broadband customer base by 8.3% year-on-year to 538,000 at 30 September 2011, and its
number of IPTV subscribers grew by 21.7% y-o-y to 318,000 at the same date.
