Liberty Global offers concessions for approval of Kabel BW deal

The Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission (EETT) has announced that the country’s three incumbent mobile network operators – Cosmote, Vodafone and Wind Hellas – have applied to take part in the upcoming auction of frequencies in the 900MHz and 1800MHz spectrum bands.
