approved a decision obliging
mobile operators to publish
information on the
quality of
services they
provide to end-users, the watchdog has
announced on its website. The decision establishes a
number of
quality parameters, including
network availability, service accessibility, integrity, continuity, reliability, billing complaints and users’
satisfaction with services, as well as methods of measuring the indicators and the recommended parameters specified by ANRCETI
