Japan Communications to partner Marubeni in MVNO joint venture

DigitalTV Europe reports that Orange France has signed up more than one million subscribers to its quadruple-play – TV, internet access, fixed and mobile telephony – service, branded ‘Open’. The online portal adds that Orange France’s Open offer now provides up to four additional mobile telephony subscriptions, with prices starting from EUR17.90 (USD23.90) per month.
