Government announces plan to decentralise NCA

The Jakarta Post writes that the country’s largest communications group by subscribers and revenues, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is investing IDR200 billion (USD22.5 million) to increase the number of base transceiver stations (BTS) on its network to support its recently launched Flexi Net Mobile Broadband service.
