FT staples better terms to Switzerland sale
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has
announced it has selected a consortium of three
companies to implement
number portability (NP) in the
country for the first five years,
local newspaper Vanguard reports. The consortium – comprising Interconnect, Saab Grintek and Telcordia – will be responsible for the setting up and
implementation of the NP
platform within six months of receiving the licence, to be followed by a
testing period of two months.
