Cellcos must block stolen handsets

According to TechCentral, South Africa’s public enterprises minister Malusi Gigaba has in part, substantiated long-standing rumours that state-owned enterprises (SOEs) Sentech and Broadband Infraco could be merged, whilst admitting that nothing is imminent.
