Burundi govt orders cellcos to implement pre-pay registration scheme

The Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) in Nepal has apparently dismissed proposals to create a ‘unified licensing’ regime in the country which would have allowed existing telcos to offer a full range of telecoms services on a single licence.
