Bright lights, Cable City; Rostelecom extends IPTV service to Krasnoyarsk

Bulgaria’s telecoms regulator the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) has announced that it intends to award a broadband wireless access (BWA) concession without setting a timeframe for the tender.
